A little shop with
a big heart

Cupcake and a Smile started with one simple belief: the best moments in life come with a fork in one hand and a reason to laugh in the other. We opened our doors in Richmond with nothing but a stand mixer, a recipe notebook full of scribbles, and the hope that someone would walk in and feel a little lighter.

Today, every cupcake is still mixed by hand, every batch is baked on-site, and every customer is treated like they just walked into a friend's kitchen. Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or staying for the whole afternoon, we're glad you're here.
